How do I see the underwear before it ships?

You review product photos and details online. On the current store, choose “Let me choose” during signup to select from the available pairs. For renewals, an email or text lets you know when your Preview & Refine window is open, so you can review and change your selection before it is processed.

How often will I receive underwear?

Choose two, three, four or six pairs, delivered every one, two or three months. Regular prices are $55, $75, $96 and $140 per box, respectively. Your selected plan shows the current first-box offer and ongoing price before you join.

Can I change my subscription?

You can manage your delivery schedule, skip a delivery or cancel through your account. Make changes before the next order is processed; check your account for the renewal date.

Can I shop individual products?

Yes. Choose an individual product and add it to your bag at its retail price. The Curated Underwear Club is a separate recurring service. Eligible essentials also offer their own recurring purchase options.

Do essentials automatically come with my underwear?

No. Essentials are optional purchases. Choose Buy once or an available recurring schedule on the product. They are priced separately from the underwear club.

What does shipping cost?

Club boxes with two or more pairs include standard US shipping. Individual retail orders ship free at $50 or more in the lower 48 states and DC; below that, standard shipping is $7.95. Other US destinations have a $100 threshold. International rates are confirmed at checkout. See shipping details ↗

What if I need to return something?

Eligible returns generally have a 30-day request window. Eligible club subscription orders have a 90-day window while membership remains active. Underwear must be unworn, with tags and original packaging; exclusions apply, including supplements, adult products and final sale. Check the full return policy ↗
